Preventative Maintenance

Oil Changes

We can’t stress the importance of taking care of your engine. We recommend getting your oil changed every 3000 miles or 3 months.

Tire Rotations

Front and rear tires wear at different rates. Rotating your tires helps prolong the life of your tires and keep you, and your passengers safe. How often depends on the vehicle check your owners manual or give us a call to see if you can benefit from a tire rotation.

Filters and Fluids

Topping off or doing complete system flushes can keep your vehicle running smoothly and increase its life. We can do oil changes, coolant flushes, transmission fluid changes, power steering, and brake fluid flushes.

Tune Ups

Restore your engine to its best performance. Regular tune-ups can increase engine durability and economy. We’ll check for and replace any worn items. We typically inspect spark plugs, wires, distributor cap & rotor, fuel and air filters, and engine timing.

Newer cars have complex computers that record error codes and troubleshooting information. Bring your car is and let our experts hook your car up to our state of the art computer diagnostic solution.

Engine & Exhaust Work

On todays cars and trucks regular service is required for timing belts and water pumps. Replace your timing belt before it breaks causing major damage on many interference engines. Keeping your cooling system operating properly will keep you from having major engine problems. Bosal exhaust is a quality replacement.

Transmission & Clutch Work

Automatic filter and fluid changes are a must. We also replace manual transmission clutch assemblies on using quality replacements.

Electrical Systems

Do you have lights that are out? We find the problem and fix it, simple
bulb replacement or wiring problems.

Starters, Alternators and Generators

We troubleshoot charging systems and Starter problems.Bosch is our prefered brand for replacement parts.

Suspension

Struts and shocks are wear items. We keep you safe with KYB shocks and struts as our prefered brand.

Brakes

Disc and drum brakes proper maintenance is a must in our fast pace world.

Air Conditioning and Heat

Its been a cold winter. Did you have good heat? Heater cores and resealing heater and defrost flaps will keep you warm in the cold days. Does you AC work? Let us find the problem and get your temperature cool for your hot summer.

Restoration

Sheet Metal and Rust Repair

A fairly humid climate coupled with treated roads in the winter can cause older cars to rust a lot faster on the eastern US coast. We can take care of rust holes. Cutting out the damaged metal and weld in fresh metal if the job warrants. Bug floor pans and heater channels are not a problem.We stock bug fenders, floor pans and heater channels. We aren’t a sand and spackle shop. We fix the underlying issue and make your car’s body like new.

We have a huge collection of used antique parts to help you with your restoration job. If we don’t have it on the shelf, we can point you in the right direction.
